Detoxification
Withdrawal syndrome could be difficult and dangerous if not handled professionally. Different people have different withdrawal symptoms that should be treated accordingly using diverse and specialized approaches. The needs of a chemically dependent person vary depending on the kind of substance he or she is taking and the symptoms he or she experiences as a consequence.
Our support group has comprehensive programs that cater to the varying needs of our clients. Assessment and Observation are two basic factors to consider in advising a treatment plan. We make sure that the healing process would not be as hard and as painful as it seems.

The need for Intervention

Long Term Recovery
All of our programs developed to rehabilitate individuals are driven by the goal to make our clients totally independent from unwanted substances that cause addiction.
It is not enough to undergo a rehabilitation program. A lot of programs have failed to achieve full recovery not because they were not effective but because their means were not strong enough to penetrate the roots of the person's psychological aspect.
The psychology of addiction is a bull's eye that needs to be hit once a rehabilitation program is conducted. It connects to the emotional aspect of a person and therefore dictates mood and behavior.

Dual Diagnosis
It is possible for an addicted person to suffer from two different symptoms at the same time. Although these symptoms are independent from one another, the symptom that was later developed could have co-existed as a result of the first symptom. Usually, this symptom appears to be behavioral.
An example would be alcoholism and eating disorder. The symptoms of alcoholism and an eating disorder may trigger another behavioral disorder such as post-traumatic syndrome, depression, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
At Orange County, we make dual diagnosis possible to our clients. They may be advised to take two treatment programs depending on their need.
Suboxone Detox
Subooxone Detox is made well for opiate dependence. It can minimize opiate withdrawal symptoms thus reduces the possibility of relapse. This method is very comfortable as it eliminates the pain of withdrawal. When it is combined with additional medications, it can give the addict more control in blood pressure, lesser anxiety and better sleep.
