Alcohol Withdrawal Seizure on the Bus
This man suffered from a seizure do to alcohol withdrawal. Before the video starts he is seizing up, foaming at the mouth, and mucus comes from his nose. The man next to him prevented anyone from coming close to him.
I started recording at the very end of his seizure.

I believe that the seizure was due to alcohol withdraw, because he looked like an alcoholic, with sores on his face, and swollen hands, and it appears like he was returning from being hospitalized for alcohol poisoning, because his left arm was covered with gauze, like he had an IV drip, or dialysis.

This happened on the 49 Muni bus on Van Ness, in San Francisco.
